GENERAL ANATOMY: Katsumi is fairly curvy, tall, and generally has a pretty rockin’ figure. Her face is pretty small, and narrows toward the bottom, and her eyes are huge.
GENERAL ATTIRE: Katsumi varies between wearing simple, elegant, but still girly clothes, such as skirts and jackets, and wearing casual things, such as jeans and t-shirts. When the occasion calls for it, she will dress up and wear a fancy dress or something in that vein. All in all, she’s pretty versatile with her clothing, but doesn’t make a big fuss about it. She generally wears what she likes, and not what other people want her to wear.

PERSONALITY: Katsumi is a very bright, fun-loving person. She is excitable and friendly, and a bit mischievous. She may be a bit eccentric at times, but she’s mainly just a strong, outgoing personality. She’s smart and creative, and will do almost anything to disprove the hated “dumb rich girl” stereotype. Just because her parents have cash, doesn’t mean she has to drive a Mercedes and pretend to be an idiot! She can make people smile even at the worst of times, and is very loyal if you are close to her. She's rather laid back and easy-going at most times, and is comfortable in any situation, and just as at ease chilling with the neighborhood boys as she is in a fancy dinner party. She's not a very fussy girl, and is known for making the best of bad situations.

Unfortunately, Katsumi isn’t perfect. She’s hot-headed and easily bored (and she will do almost anything to liven up a dull day.). She can be overly flirty at times, and often does things without considering the consequences. She makes a game out of freaking out her overprotective and easily angered twin brother, Hiro (Myself, or my sister will make him, depending on whether or not you can make more than one character.) All in all, she can be rather devilish at times.

BACKGROUND: Katsumi was born with her best friend already in place. She and Hiro promised when they were eight to always look after each other, and they’ve kept that promise, even in the worst of times. Despite his somewhat overprotective attitude (he often freaks out when anyone flirts with her) she loves him, and will always try to ensure his happiness. They’re terrified of losing each other.

Katsumi and Hiro’s mother is named Syra, and she is a famous painter, which is where Katsumi supposedly got her artistic ability. Even without her husband’s income, Syra’s artwork brings in enough revenue on it’s own to support her. For some reason, Syra seems to ignore Katsumi and lavish all her attention on Hiro, though Katsumi doesn’t seem to notice, and simply assumes that her mother is busy. There has never been a spoken explanation for her preference, and it’s especially weird since Katsumi looks very much like her mother, and takes after her in talent. The fact is, their similarities is exactly why Syra dislikes Katsumi. She was a someone who worked very hard to differentiate herself from her own mother, who was a well known actress, and a bit overbearing, and she finds Katsumi’s similarities to her disturbing.

Their father is Daichi, the CEO of the major company. In esscence, he’s a much better parent than Syra is, and always has equal time and affection for both his children. He always makes time for them no matter how busy he is with work, which is most likely to make up for his wife’s lack of it. The only problem with him is that he smokes, a habit that both Katsumi and Hiro have tried to make him stop since diapers, to no avail.
ROLEPLAY SAMPLE: Katsumi flew down the hall towards her brother, red hair streaming behind her, voice echoing through the walls as she yelled. "Hiro!"
"Yes, Sister Dear?" He asked, jokingly using the formal nickname.
"Where the hell were you?"
"Kendo club. Where else?"
"But you promised to meet me!"
"I sent you an e-mail. Did you check?"
"No you-" She started as she flipped open her phone, only to see that the alert had come up stating 'one new e-mail!'. "Did." She finished in the same breath, brushing her hair out of her eyes and pretending not to notice the stares of passing boys. Hiro laughed, also feigning ignorance to the stares of passing girls. "Still!" Katsumi declared, tossing her head. "You shouldn't blow off your beloved sister for a club!"
"You know you love all of my clubs…"
"Maybe..."
"Or at least you love some of the people in my clubs..."
"Hey! I do not! Shut up shut up shut up!" Katsumi shrieked, slamming him on the head with a book she happened to be carrying.
"Well, if you say so." He answered, grinning mischievously.
"Actually, I have something to tell you on the subject of boys in clubs that I may or may not love."
"What?"
"Not here, it's a secret!" She pointed out the door dramatically and yelled. "To the secret courtyard!" Then she yanked on his arm and, oblivious (or simply uncaring) to the stares of the other students, she led him outside.
