GENERAL ANATOMY: Blue is quite tall for her age, but she does have a well proportioned body. Her face is heart shaped, and she has big icy blue eyes that are always framed by her pink bangs.
GENERAL ATTIRE: It highly depends on the occasion, but usually Blue will wear things that make her feel comfortable, such as jeans and t-shirts. On occasion, she will will wear a skirt, but it's not likely. And, if it calls for it, she will wear something more 'lady-like'.

PERSONALITY: Blue is a rather quiet and reserved person, who has a strongly-felt internal sense of duty which tends to give her a serious air and great motivation when she has to do something. She places great importance on honesty and integrity and is the kind of person who can be depended on to do the right thing for the people she cares about. While she generally takes things very seriously, she also has an offbeat sense of humor and can be a lot of fun.

As said before, Blue is extremely faithful and loyal. Traditional and family-minded, she puts great amounts of effort at making everything around her run smoothly. She cares deeply about those close to them, however she's not very comfortable with expressing her affections. It's not likely that she'll speak about them, rather letting her actions speak for her words.

Blue is extremely organized (to the point that might reach OCD), and she tends to follow through with everything she plans until she achieves her goals. She's the kind of person that doesn't allow obstacles to get in her way, although she doesn't usually gives herself much credit for her achievements, most of the times finding them simply as the natural fulfillment of her obligations.

Under stress, Blue may fall into "catastrophe mode", where she sees nothing but all of the possibilities of what could go wrong. In those cases she'll berate herself for things she should have done differently, or duties she failed to perform and if this happens, Blue tends to lose her ability to see things calmly and reasonably, and will depress herself with visions of doom.

BACKGROUND:
Blue is what many deem lucky. Don't let her odd name fool you, she actually comes from and highly influential family. Well, at least from her father's side. Her mother is an artist, an highly renowned one too, and that was why she got her name. According to her, it was the color of her aura, or something. It was strange how she ended up marrying Blue's father, but it somehow happened, and there she was.

Growing up, Blue was always taught to act like a proper young lady, even though her mother was much more favourable to the whole 'express your true self' and such. Too bad it had been the proper education that stuck. Of course, spending most of your years in a boarding school doesn't help much with that.

So why has she ended up in Ouran, if she was living the perfect little life in England? Well, her parents felt she should broaden her horizons and such. Plus, Ouran was known as one of the best schools for those who want to succeed in life. And well, that's pretty much a basic requirement in Blue's life.
